This Privacy Policy describes how Pezel Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Pezel Finance (avenirhub.com and any subdomains, the "Service").
Pezel Finance is a personal-finance dashboard. You import your own transactions, budgets, and goals. We store that data so the Service can show it back to you. We do not sell it, we do not aggregate it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the operational sub-processors described below.
What information we collect
Account information
- Email address (required for sign-in and account recovery)
- Encrypted password hash (we never see or store your raw password)
- Display name and account preferences you set in Settings
- Workspace memberships and roles (owner, member)
Financial data you provide
Anything you import, type, or upload into a workspace: transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, debts, goals, retirement assumptions, net-worth snapshots, bills, subscriptions, and CSV files you upload. This data is stored under your workspace and protected by Supabase row-level security so only members of that workspace can read it.
Information collected automatically
- Supabase is our database and authentication provider. Supabase logs request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path, response status) for security and operational purposes.
- Vercel is our hosting and CDN provider. Vercel logs basic request data and runs Vercel Analytics, which captures aggregated page-view metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Stripe processes payments for paid tiers (Solo Business, Team, Business). When you upgrade, Stripe handles your payment-method details directly. We never see your card number; we only receive a customer/subscription identifier and event webhooks.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or any other third-party analytics. The marketing pages you're reading have zero third-party trackers.
How we use your information
- To operate the Service: authenticate you, render your dashboards, run calculations (Monte Carlo retirement, NPER debt projections, savings rate), and store your imports.
- To process payments for paid tiers and respond to billing events (subscription created, payment failed, plan upgraded).
- To send transactional emails: email verification, password reset, invoice confirmations, and important Service notices.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not use your financial data to train models, to improve unrelated products, to share aggregated data with advertisers, or to send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
- Supabase stores your database rows and processes authentication. Supabase privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts the application and serves static assets. Vercel privacy policy.
- Stripe, processes payments only. Stripe privacy policy.
- Members of your workspace, if you invite teammates to a Team or Business workspace, they can see the workspace's transactions, accounts, budgets, and other data. Personal workspaces are never shared.
We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law (e.g. a valid subpoena) or to defend our legal rights. If we ever receive a legal request that would compel us to disclose your data, we will challenge it where lawful and notify you unless prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your workspace data within 30 days, with the following exceptions: invoice records and Stripe billing history are retained per US tax law for at least seven years; backup snapshots roll off on Supabase's standard retention schedule.
You can export every transaction and other data via CSV from inside the app any time, before or after deletion is requested.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (most of it is already accessible inside the app)
- Correct: fix inaccurate or incomplete data via the Service or by contacting us
- Delete: delete your account and associated workspace data (Settings → Delete account, or email us)
- Export: download your data as CSV at any time
- Object: object to processing where applicable
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional statutory rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We honor these rights regardless of your jurisdiction.

Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we've received such information, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- The Service is served exclusively over HTTPS.
- Database access uses Supabase row-level security (RLS), only members of a given workspace can read its rows, enforced at the database layer.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms; we never see your raw password.
- Payment-method details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options) are applied to every response.
No security measure is perfect. If you believe your account has been compromised or you've found a vulnerability, contact security@pezeltech.com.
International users
Pezel Tech LLC is a Delaware, USA company. Your data is processed on Supabase and Vercel infrastructure located in the United States. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes (e.g. adding a new sub-processor, expanding what we collect) will be announced via email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
