What's inside

Built for both sides of your life.

The same engine drives your household budget and your business books. Real budgets, real debt math, real Monte Carlo retirement, real Schedule A drafts. No spreadsheets, no aggregators selling your data.

Budgets

Budgets that actually adapt.

Per-category budgets with real spend vs. target tracking. Drill any number straight into the underlying transactions. No spreadsheet exports, no monthly close.

  • Visual progress bars with tick marks at 100% of goal
  • Allocation donut shows where your dollars are committed
  • Compare month-over-month: "$172 less than last month"
  • Edit or delete inline, no separate budget management screen

Business workspaces

Personal and business books, never mixed.

Run your sole-prop business and household finances side by side without blending the books. Business workspaces include clients, branded invoices, customer payment links, scheduled and recurring invoices, separate categories, reports, and role-based access for members or accountants.

  • Create one invoice, schedule it, repeat it, or send it to many clients
  • Brand invoice emails and customer payment pages with business details
  • Record check, cash, ACH, card, refund, and credit-note activity
  • Workspace-level row-level security keeps personal and business data isolated

Debt payoff

Real debt math. Not vibes.

NPER projections per debt at the real APR. See the exact payoff date if you keep paying the minimum. Add an extra $200/mo and watch the timeline collapse.

  • Per-debt amortization with interest projections
  • 60-month timeline showing every debt's runoff curve
  • Track mortgages, auto loans, student loans, credit cards together
  • Total interest paid by payoff date, the number that motivates
Pezel Finance debt tracker with payoff timeline chart and per-debt amortization
Retirement

3,000 simulated futures.

Monte Carlo simulation over your savings rate, contribution amount, and expected return. See the probability of hitting your target, not just the optimistic single-line projection every other tool shows you.

  • Probability-of-success number, not a fake "you'll have $X" line
  • 5th, 50th, 95th percentile outcomes, see your bad-luck and lucky scenarios
  • Inflation-adjusted (real return, today's dollars)
  • Tune assumptions live and watch the distribution shift
Pezel Finance retirement Monte Carlo simulation with 3000 trial outcomes
Reports

Tax-ready exports and forecasts.

Category × month pivots, year-over-year comparisons, day-of-week patterns, 6-month cash forecast. Tag transactions tax-deductible and export a Schedule A draft ready to hand to your accountant.

  • Annual summary with savings rate by month
  • Year-over-year bar chart, last year vs. this year, side-by-side
  • Day-of-week heatmap, see your Friday spending problem

Why we built this

Personal data, treated like it's yours.

Most personal finance apps make money two ways: a subscription, and selling your aggregated spending data to financial-services advertisers. We only do the first one, and only when you opt into Plus or Business.

Personal Free covers the entire dashboard forever because we don't need it to be otherwise. Your transactions never leave your workspace. Export every row as CSV any time you want. Delete your account and the data goes with you.

No data sold, ever

We don't sell, share, or aggregate your transactions for advertising. Read our privacy policy and our actual code, we're open about both.

Encrypted at rest

Supabase row-level security ensures only you can read your workspace's rows. Business workspaces extend that to invited members only.

Export everything

One click downloads a CSV of every transaction. Take your history with you the day you decide to leave.

No tracking pixels

The marketing page you're reading right now has zero third-party trackers. The app itself has Vercel analytics and that's it.

Pricing

Free for personal. Pay only for what you actually need.

Start free with full CSV import + manual entry. Upgrade to Plus when you want Plaid auto-sync and reactive assistant guidance, Premium for proactive guidance and higher limits, or Business when your books need to live separately.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

If something isn't covered here, email hello@pezeltech.com and you'll get a reply from a real person.

Is my financial data really private?
Yes. Your data lives in your own workspace, protected at the database layer by Supabase row-level security. We don't sell, aggregate, or share it with advertisers. We don't train models on it. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party trackers on the marketing site or in the app. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What's the difference between Personal Free, Plus, and Premium?
Personal Free covers the entire dashboard: budgets, debt math, retirement Monte Carlo, reports, CSV import, manual entry. Free forever, no cap on transactions or accounts. Personal Plus ($11.99/mo) adds Plaid auto-sync from 12,000+ banks as production access opens, plus reactive guidance when the assistant rollout is enabled. Premium ($18/mo) adds proactive checks and higher assistant limits for deeper planning. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from your workspace settings.
What if I'm joining as an employee at a business?
Your access to the business workspace is free for you. The owner pays the per-seat charge on the Business plan. You still get your own free Personal Free workspace separately for your household finances, and you can choose to upgrade your personal workspace to Plus on your own dime if you want Plaid + AI there too. Personal and business workspaces stay completely isolated, your employer never sees your household transactions.
How does Business per-seat pricing work?
Business is $59.99/mo for the owner and includes everything you need to run a small business: separate business workspace, business categories, tax-deductible tagging, Schedule A draft, audit log, reports, clients, branded invoices, scheduled and recurring invoices, bulk invoice actions, customer payment links, credit notes, and online payment controls. Add teammates for $14.99/seat/mo each. So a sole proprietor pays $59.99/mo. A team of three pays $59.99 + $14.99 + $14.99 = $89.97/mo. Cancel or remove seats any time.
When does Plaid bank sync land?
Plaid Sandbox is wired for testing, and production bank sync waits on Plaid approval plus our final security review. The same UI you see today will handle synced transactions from 12,000+ banks alongside CSV import. CSV will keep working because not every account works with aggregators, including some joint accounts, credit unions, and foreign banks.
Can I cancel anytime? Is there a refund policy?
Yes to both. Cancel any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid access through that date. No cancellation fees, no winback dark patterns. Refunds are available for billing errors or material service unavailability, email hello@pezeltech.com within 30 days of the charge.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Your workspace data is deleted within 30 days, except for invoice/billing records we have to retain for US tax law (seven years). You can export everything as CSV from inside the app before deleting. We don't hold your data hostage and we don't make deletion harder than the signup was.
Do I need an accountant to use this?
No. Pezel works for individuals who just want to track their household budget, sole proprietors filing Schedule C, and small teams sharing books. The Business tier exports a Schedule A draft you can hand to an accountant, but you can absolutely run it solo. It's a tool, not a service.
Can my spouse and I share one personal account?
Two ways to do it. (1) Share your login, it's your data, you can give your partner access. Lots of households do this. (2) Or use a Business workspace so each person has their own login and audit trail. For a household, option 1 is what most people pick.

Stop stitching tabs together.

Start with the free personal workspace. Add a business workspace when your books need to live separately. Drop your first CSV and see every dollar in one place by end of day.

Under a minute to sign up. No credit card.
